Velocity Creative Concepts collaborated with the Peoria Public Library to create a website design centered on enhancing the user experience, improving accessibility, and providing a clear, intuitive path to the library’s extensive resources and community programs.

Our design strategy focused on organizing content through thoughtful information architecture, simplifying navigation, and developing a modern visual identity that reflected the library’s mission as a trusted educational and cultural destination. The proposed design emphasized responsive layouts, engaging calls to action, and a flexible content structure that would support the library’s evolving digital needs while remaining accessible across all devices.

Every design decision was guided by functionality and long-term scalability, resulting in a concept that prioritized both community engagement and operational efficiency.
